Paal Alveskog
“What you think, you become.
What you feel, you attract.
What you imagine, you create.“
Buddah
Paal’s life story is marked by resistance, transformation, and a strong will to create positive change. Raised as a Jehovah’s Witness, he chose to leave at the age of 15—a decision that left deep marks on his life. After leaving, he struggled with depression and alcohol abuse, which at its darkest point led to a suicide attempt. Yet Paal turned his life around and has been sober for 8 years. Today, he is passionate about helping others find strength and hope in the midst of life’s challenges.
With a passion for music, Paal has toured both nationally and internationally, as well as produced music for several years. He is a certified Master Life Coach, combining his professional expertise with his rich life experience to support people in their personal development.
In recent years, Paal has worked intensively on his own mental and spiritual growth, giving him a deep understanding of people’s inner struggles and their need for support. His story is an inspiring example of how adversity can be transformed into strength, and he is dedicated to being a resource for others seeking a way forward.

Our Vision – Why Voices of the Soul Was Born
Alveskog – Voices of the Soul was created out of a deep desire to offer people a space for reflection, inspiration, and genuine conversations about the things that truly matter in life. Through our own experiences, we have seen how important it is to have a safe and open environment to share thoughts, feelings, and insights. We wanted to create a platform that could be a source of hope and belonging for others – a place where one can feel seen, heard, and understood.
Our podcast is a tribute to the human experience. It is about finding strength in vulnerability, joy in growth, and meaning in community. We believe in the power of honest conversations – dialogues that not only inspire but also provide tools for inner development and transformation. Through Voices of the Soul, we seek to break down stigma, open up new perspectives, and encourage more people to take the step toward self-discovery and personal growth.
This is not just a podcast; it is a community, a journey, and an invitation to explore the deeper layers of who we are as human beings. We hope that every episode can serve as a reminder that you are never alone on your path, and that every challenge you face can be the beginning of something new and meaningful. Together, we want to inspire you to find your way back to yourself – with warmth, empathy, and a deep respect for the journey you are on.
